MSW level Intern Supervision

I am licensed to provide MSW supervision for interns from most universities. This can be done in person if your agency is located in Fayetteville, or remote. My priorities in supervising interns are to help them to understand their gifts and areas for growth and look critically at their biases and triggers. I focus on developing trauma informed, strengths- based and culturally sensitive interpersonal skills. I hold interns to the highest standards of the NASW code of ethics and support them in accountability and growth while also providing a safe space for processing.

Consulting

I work with professionals in social services, education and other helping professions. It is so important to be LGBTQIA+ inclusive, sex competent and trauma informed in order to provide the best services and care to your clients. I can also work with large or small businesses. I provide staff training to better help you support your clients or to help you create an inclusive, trauma informed workplace, free of sexual harassment and gender based violence.
